Our knives are hand cut using carbide steel which is twice the strength, durability & density of regular steel.

Our moulding surface usage is 99%! To achieve this we set our knives to run at a rate of 23 cuts per inch.

The combination speed, carbide steel and premium lumber ensures an almost perfect surface ready to be painted or stained.
